Facebook Game: Party Central Review

It is party time on Facebook. Now you are able to play as a host or hostess to create a party in your own party house. Developed by the French game developer Ubisoft, Party Central is a social game based on the theme of party management. Although the game is a new Facebook game, it has already attracted respectable players with more than 430,000 monthly active users.

Similar to Booyah’s Nightclub City, Party Central is a management simulation game where you can customize your house, socialize with your guests, and have a party in your party house. Start the party by clicking the speaker icon on the upper right corner. As a host of the party, you can choose an entertainment to amuse your guests from 4 different recreations: Music, Games, TV and Movies. Different entertainments last for different amounts of time and earnings per conversation. Additionally, to keep your party smooth, you have to stock up the food meter to serve for your guests. If you run out of food during a party, your guests won’t be satisfied as well as earn you popularity or coins any more.

Entertainment   Interaction

The key feature in Party Central is to interact with your guests. As the game progresses, the individual guests will connect to begin a talk. When two guests are chatting with each other, mingle with them and choose special actions for a happy time among your guests. By performing such actions like change subject, tell a joke, and give compliments, you spend a bit of your energy and get coins and popularity in return. Those actions easily make you feel as if you were at a real party. Sometimes, a star icon will appear upon the head of your guest. Don’t hesitate to pick it up, which means an extra bonus of coins, energy or popularity at random.

Party House In Party Central, popularity is equal to experience with which you need to level up. And what’s more, higher popularity can bring you more guests to your party house. In the meantime, more guests will be attracted to keep rolling as well if you add your luxury points. Therefore, decorate your party house for increasing the guests. Your party house is divided into several parts: kitchen, living room and more rooms planned to be released in the future. Tiles and wallpapers are free of charge in the game while the kitchen items from the item shop add both luxury points and food maximum content. In addition, you can spend Facebook credits to purchase the special and delicate décors. Classic style or modern style? It is up to you!

Bonus Every day you can visit your friends’ parties to earn bonuses by helping restock the food meter. Friends are essential because you need them to expand your house space. However, it seems there is no more interaction with friends.

It is Halloween season. Party Central comes with the terrible graveyard background and latest Halloween-themed furniture. In the game, you can host a spooky Halloween party to entertain your guests with the latest Halloween-themed decorations from the item shop, including such limited decorations as vampire coffin table, jack-o’-lantern, haunted bookshelf and dresser.
