The Great Migration for Tales of Pirates has begun currently. After months of testing, the team has already started migrating servers to TOP II. Yes, the whole thing! The time for TOP II is right away.
Many of you have been very curious about what TOP II will be like. Here we have had a fast look at the TOP II.
Now, the dates have been affirmed for their fellow buccaneers from the Mystic Ocean and Dream Island regions to join them in exploring the uncharted waters of Tales of Pirates II! Pirates from the Mystic Ocean region will set sail for TOP II on August 27th, while those from the Dream Island region will embark on September 3rd. To smooth out the creases and ensure stability in TOP II, some features from the "old" version such as Sea Commerce, The Fortune Tree, Hexathlon, Free Lunch, and others, will not be making the journey with players to TOP II for now. In the meantime, there is a new content to the game: Whispering Shadows. In this update, you will have more fun with Double EXP & Drop Rate, a brand new PvP arena system, treasure digging, Rear Fairy and the mysterious Augur at Argent City.
To provide a tantalizing peek, a new instance: Tribulation of Faith has been introduced to us. In this instance, pirates will need to form a gutsy party and face their greatest fears as more than 10 waves of dreadful monsters crash upon the party. If the swashbucklers have enough pluck to survive these nasty foes, they will find themselves facing the formidable Boss of the instance as part of the final wave.
Handsome rewards beckon for fearless peg-legs in the form of Symbols of Faith, which can be used to claim fabulous rewards and experience. If a party of brave buccaneers cuts every single enemy down and claims sweet victory over the instance Boss, they can even earn themselves some rare items from the Item Mall!
